Due to limited availability of flowers during this time, we will endeavour to accomodate your choice, but may need to substitute flower varieties.
We will always try to keep to the style and colour scheme of your chosen product. Understand that for the reason above, funeral flowers need to be ordered in advance.
Flowers take longer in transport as stock at the wholesalers are limited and sometimes need to be ordered from the auction in Holland. Please allow 4-5 days notice on funeral orders.
In order to protect both the recipient and the delivery person as much as possible, they are minimizing contact during delivery. They will not be handing over hand-held flowers to customers.
For everyone's safety, we will place the flowers at the door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while the recipient retrieves their item.
We request a phone number for the recipient in the case that they don't hear us knock. We will only phone when we are precent on the doorstep. This is to notify the recipient that flowers have been place on the door step. Due to Goverment restrictions we are not allowed to return flowers to the shop. So any order placed will be left as safley as is possible.
